Technical binders and documentation packs, built to specification
Short answer: We build technical binders with index tabs, tables of contents and customer-specific indexes, from a single binder to large sets. Binders are the right format for documentation that is revised continuously, because individual sheets can be replaced instead of the whole edition. Production takes place in our own facility in Västerås, Sweden.
Binders for documentation that changes
A binder with an index is the natural choice when documentation is revised continuously. When something changes, we replace the sheets that have changed instead of reprinting the whole binder. The revision is marked in the document so the recipient can see which edition they hold.
What we build
- Customer-specific binders and indexes
- Printing in colour or black and white, A4 and A3, including drawings
- Picking and sorting according to your print instructions or sorting matrix
- Packing for direct delivery to your end customer, with a contents list and labelled packages for tracking
- A check at our facility before dispatch, if you wish
Other binding methods
Not every document belongs in a binder. Depending on page count and use we also produce saddle-stitched, perfect-bound and spiral or wire-bound documents. See printed manuals for a comparison.
Binders and a digital copy
Many projects need both a binder for the site and a digital archive. We scan the same material and deliver searchable PDF alongside the binders. See document digitisation.
