Ja. Vi lagerhåller tryckt material och skickar när ni behöver det, med förteckning över innehåll och märkta kollin för spårning.

Hur stora format klarar ni?

Vi trycker och plottar upp till A0, och scannar upp till 90 cm bredd. Vepor och skyltar går större än så.

Kan ni namnge filer enligt vår dokumentstandard?

Ja. Vi läser av objekt, position, dokumentnummer och revision från ritningshuvud och stämplar, och följer er mall.

We work to different processes depending on the need. Start with the area closest to your assignment.

Large-format and engineering drawing scanning

Drawings and maps up to 90 cm wide, including blueprints, tracing paper and rolled originals.

A4–A0 · PDF, PDF/A, TIFF, CALS · 200–400 ppi

Document digitisation and archive conversion

Binders, protocols and paper archives turned into searchable PDF, with the tab structure kept and files named to your standard.

Compiling, scanning, sorting and delivering the documents that show a facility as it was built, as digital archives, binders or both.

How an assignment works

From first contact to delivered job

Step 1

We review the job

What it is, how much and when. A few representative drawings or a sample is often enough.

Step 2

You get a quotation

A quotation per assignment, with a fixed price for larger volumes where the material allows it.

Step 3

We produce

In our own facility in Västerås. If you want to see the result first, we scan a sample.

Step 4

Delivery

Files to your archive or project network, a cloud folder or USB. Originals returned, archived or shredded with a certificate. Freight, customs and VAT are agreed in the quotation.

Regulated environments

Why technical documentation needs more than printing

In regulated environments, documentation has to be traceable, kept in the right revision and possible to find years later. Rules such as NIS2, ATEX, GMP, MDR and Seveso shape what must exist, in what form and for how long. We are not regulatory advisers, but we ask the questions that matter: what must remain on paper, what has to be shown at an audit, how long it must be kept and who needs access.
